I love you. You are my best friend.

I take you to be my cherished wife/husband.

To join with you and share with you all that is to come, to give and receive,

 to speak and to listen, to encourage and inspire you, to laugh with you, 

and to comfort you in times of sorrow and struggle.

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, when life seems easy 

and when it seems hard.

I promise to cherish you, to always see you through the eyes of love
